An initiative of Eskenazi Health, the Health Equity Zone Plans set forth community-driven goals for improving the quality of life of residents through the social determinants of health in three historically disinvested Indianapolis neighborhoods. Storyboard provided synthesis, storytelling, and graphic design support to Engaging Solutions, complementing the community’s goals with data, history, and background narrative.
