The South Downtown Indianapolis Connectivity Vision Plan is guiding city and civic leaders as they work to transform Downtown Indianapolis into a more active, vibrant, walkable, and livable neighborhood and destination. Storyboard provided planning, design, and document synthesis support to Merritt Chase and HR&A Advisors, including the development of a series of illustrations depicting design recommendations for the public realm.
